  • If I could give zero stars I would. Worst manager ever. Stay away from Surrey Memorial Hospital Pharmacy unless you want a miserable work life.

  • I found Ray be insecure and small minded. In stead of leading He is more interested in building his own little kingdom surrounding himself with people who kiss his ass and tell him what he wants to hear in stead of receiving honest input in order to make work place better. As a manager, he is not a man of integrity. I would rate him below zero.

  • Two-faced power tripper. Loves to get you in trouble but lets his favorites get away with murder. He favors those that kiss ass and rant out on others. He spends great time and $ to harshly punish you. Many good staff left because of him. High turn over.

  • Having a "superior" position, he misuses it by intimidating the employees he knows that would not retaliate. Ironically, he accommodates the employees with stronger prrsonalities.
