  • Quick to yell. Consistent micro-manager who does not seem to know what her own role is. Terrible sense of prioritization and a total lack of business sense manifesting itself prioritizing silly items which look fancy over priority items which gets the work done. One would have to be ignorant or desperate to work for her.

  • I have worked for this manager for over 5 years and never had the type of support and autonomy I have received in all my years as a Program Manager. Irina had to take on a department that was failing and bring it back to life. In taking on this huge task the one thing that she kept up with was supporting anyone that worked with her. She always ensured there was cover for her team members and took the blame for any failings that we accidentally caused. She is quick to making decisions in difficult moments and will always coach and mentor the team offline so we still look good with clients. A lot of directors tend to only pay attention to their management , but time and time again I saw Irina put her neck on the line for her staff. Her project management style is not a typical one, she looks to solve problems with a stargetic solution and aims to avoid manual or bandage solutions that would hinder the business or client in the long run. This was a change I did not have with my previous manager or seen in the team we had until Irina joined. She was fair in handing out projects and always looked to set me and others up for success. I really appreciated how transparent and honest she was and always had my back.

  • Best manager I have had. She provides a lot of autonomy and room for growth without judgement. She is very focussed and expects the same from those she works with. When delivering her bad news she was the most calm and thoughtful leader I have seen. She walked me through options analysis, and guided me through a series of questions on the best approach. At he end I felt it was the best meeting I have had delivering bad news to my manager. She made me feel important and valuable even though I had failed. She taught me that mistakes were ok to make as long as we course corrected and pivoted towards delivery solutions for the client based on the lessons learned from this pitfall. I would recommend any project manager or analyst to work for Irina as she is humble and looks out for her team first.

  • Very versatile in terms of her skillset. Quick to learn any new concept her management wanted. I would for her for only a year and would join her again. The business was very impressed with Irina and as a result opened up the channel for trust for us as a team. Irina expects her team to hold high standards and she leads by example. What I like best is that I can be totally honest and open and there is no judgement, only support for my betterment. She is always focussed on doing what’s right for the users and clients. I look to work with this leader again.
