  • Beacon Community Services seems to be a breeding ground for crazy, non stop complaining people in everything, all the time. They will make something up if there is nothing to complain about. This manager is no different from many of the other staff, but not all of them. There is no pleasing them with whatever you do or not do. It is just the organizational culture this this company in almost every department.
