  • he is a poor reason to be a CEO, he lacks understanding, empathy, professional skills, budgeting, compliance. he is very nosy to all employees, demanding, bully, he harass employees, and only cares about what he can get out of, he hides behind the organization, lacks people skills. he worries about staffing schedule, when the problem is the ratio of patients vs. staff, he worries about how he likes it to be shifting rather than the big accreditation, and many more.
