  • He does not care at all about any of the employees who work for him. He is annoyed when people call him for assistance. He assumes everyone is guilty of wrongdoing. He is not calm when there is a stressful situation. He is good at making people feel uncomfortable and riding a desk.

  • -Micromanages employees that do not require micromanaging. -Intimidating demeanor and personality. -Does not respect or command respect from his employees. -Potential for hostility which proves to be intimidating for newer employees. -Approaches employees from a static viewpoint without understanding how every employee is an individual and that they do not require a similar view to him to form a mutual basis of respect. -Shoots first and asks questions later. -Does not seem to evolve with modern management trends recognizing that a happy employee is a good employee. -Please complete the following reading assignment for suggestions on how to improve your management skills and interaction with your employees http://whatgreatbossesknow.com/

  • Al is not an effective leader. The good news is that Al can make some immediate significant improvements merely by understanding a few simple principles. Firstly Al could benefit from the knowledge that it is unacceptable to make inappropriate comments and remarks to female employees. That sort of behaviour makes a workplace toxic. Al can improve his relationship with employees by being willing to listen and actually caring for their welfare. An effective leader should not be preoccupied with the self as much as Al is preoccupied with himself. Al is not respected by his crews because he is not worthy of respect. A true leader commands respect because competence and compassion flows through him or her, Al can improve by learning this truth.

  • Mr Thompson Is yet another Peel manager who is unskilled, uneducated and undisciplined. From inappropriate comments to females, to forced discipline of staff another example of a manager who is a walking liability.
